Bridge House

Bridge House, Dawlish, South Devon is situated just over a mile from the sea front and a short walk from the shops. The distinctive white house which dates back to 1793, enjoys a quiet and peaceful setting and offers a beautiful holiday retreat for those looking for rest, relaxation and recuperation.

Due to a substantial refurbishment at RCH, it was decided that a revamp to the website was required too. RCH are also trying to attract people who fancy a break away rather than the traditional convalescent stays.

The design brief was to attract a younger audience. We suggested a range of useful widgets which would encourage people to continue viewing the site for information, such as local activities and train times. We designed a colourful site with large images to keep users engaged. We introduced a link to British Rail live time tables and links to provide a local source of what is going on in Dawlish.
